Tortellini Salad


1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours

1 package of cooked tortellini

1/2 cup of olive oil

3 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon of salt

1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

1/8 teaspoon of crushed red pepper

1/4 cup of shredded parmesan cheese

5 slices of ham, shredded

5 slices of salami

2 cups of steamed broccoli


Combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, Parmesan cheese, and warm tortellini.

Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours.

Add broccoli, ham, and salami.
