Steak Skewers


1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of honey
2 teaspoons of dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of garlic
Pinch of black pepper
1 lb. of sirloin steak, cubed
1 green pepper, cubed
1 yellow pepper, cubed
1 red pepper, cubed
1 onion, cubed
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of adobo
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
pinch of black pepper


1 Combine all the marinade ingredients together with the steak and let sit overnight, or at least 1 hour.
2 Toss your veggies in the olive oil, adobo, garlic powder and black pepper.
3 Alternate veggies and steak on skewers in any order you like.
4 Place on grill for about five minutes on each of the 4 sides, or until done.


If using a wooden skewer, you will need to soak them in water for about 10 minutes beforehand, otherwise they will catch on fire.
