Steak Skewers

Serving Size:

10 Skewers



1/4 cup of olive oil

1/4 cup of soy sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar

2 1/2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon of honey

2 teaspoons of dijon mustard

2 tablespoons of garlic

Pinch of black pepper


1 lb. of sirloin steak, cubed

1 green pepper, cubed

1 yellow pepper, cubed

1 red pepper, cubed

1 onion, cubed

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 tablespoons of adobo

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Pinch of black pepper



If using a wooden skewer, you will need to soak them in water for about 10 minutes beforehand, otherwise they will catch on fire.

Combine all the marinade ingredients together with the steak and let sit overnight, or at least 1 hour.

Toss your veggies in the olive oil, adobo, garlic powder and black pepper.

Alternate veggies and steak on skewers in any order you like.

Place on grill for about five minutes on each of the 4 sides, or until done.
