INGREDIENTS

1 bunch of cilantro, cut in half

1 yellow onion, large chunks

1 red pepper, large chunks

1 green pepper, large chunks

1 head of garlic

DIRECTIONS

Tips:

I recommend using a food processor instead of a blender. Blenders will make the sofrito very liquidity and soupy.

In a food processor, add bunches of each ingredient until smooth.
