1 Bunch of Cilantro, Cut In Half

1 Yellow Onion, Large Chunks

1 Red Pepper, Large Chunks

1 Green Pepper, Large Chunks

1 Head of Garlic

Tips:

I recommend using a food processor instead of a blender. Blenders will make the sofrito very liquidity and soupy.

In a food processor, add bunches of each ingredient until smooth.
