Penne Alla Vodka

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Onion, Diced

1 Pound Ground Beef

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Pepper

1 28 Ounce Can of Crushed Tomatoes

1/2 Cup Vodka

1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Peppers

1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

1 Pound Penne, Cooked


Heat oil in large pan, cook onions until translucent.

Add beef and brown well, if there is any liquid left drain carefully.

Add crushed tomatoes, vodka, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

Cook until half of sauce has evaporated and sauce has thickened.

Add cream and stir evenly.
