1 3/4 Cups of Water
1/8 Teaspoon of Pepper
2 Cups of Jasmine Rice
3 - 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
3 Tablespoons of Oil
Rinse Jasmine rice until water runs clear.
Add all ingredients to pot and put on high heat, uncovered stirring occasionally.
Once there is no more water turn on low heat and cover, stirring occasionally until tender.
