Garlic Pull Bread


1 French bread
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
16oz of shredded mozzarella
8 tablespoons of butter, melted


1 Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
2 Combine butter, garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasonings together.
3 Cut the bread on an angle, but do not cut all the way down, flip the bread and cut on an angle the other way so you create diamonds.
4 Open the slits and drizzle the butter inside all the cracks (keep a little for the top), do the same with the mozzarella cheese.
5 Drizzle the rest of the butter on top of the loaf.
6 Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, open the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes to get crispy.
