Garlic Pull Bread

1 French bread

3 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of pepper

2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning

16oz of shredded mozzarella

8 tablespoons of butter


Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Combine butter, garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasonings together, microwave until melted.

Cut the bread on an angle, but do not cut all the way down, flip the bread and cut on an angle the other way so you create diamonds.

Open the slits and drizzle the butter inside all the cracks (keep a little for the top), do the same with the mozzarella cheese.

Drizzle the rest of the butter on top of the loaf.

Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, open the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes to get crispy.
