Garlic Ball Bread
250 Grams of Bread Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Yeast
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
150 Milliliter Warm Water
2 Teaspoons Garlic, Minced
2 Tablespoons Parsley
6 Tablespoons of Butter
Combine flour, salt and yeast together, then add in olive oil and water.
Once combined, add light layer of flour on the counter and knead for 5 minutes.
Add dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover and let rest in a warm place for 1 hour.
Knead dough for about a minute, then form balls. Add balls into a lightly greased cake pan.
Cover and let rise for an additional hour.
Melt butter, add parsley and garlic.
Pour melted butter over dough.
Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
