Garlic Ball Bread


250 grams of bread flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of yeast
1 teaspoon of olive oil
150 milliliter of warm water
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of parsley
6 tablespoons of butter


1 Combine flour, salt and yeast together, then add in olive oil and water.
2 Once combined, add light layer of flour on the counter and knead for 5 minutes.
3 Add dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover and let rest in a warm place for 1 hour.
4 Knead dough for about a minute, then form balls. Add balls into a lightly greased cake pan.
5 Cover and let rise for an additional hour.
6 Melt butter, add parsley and garlic.
7 Pour melted butter over dough.
8 Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
