Crispy Fried Pork


Picnic Shoulder
1 packet of sazon without annatto
2 teaspoon of Adobo
4 cloves of garlic, mashed
2 tablespoons of vinegar


1 Cut pork into bite sized bites and rinse with water
2 Season meat with the rest of the ingredients and let sit for about 1 hour
3 Put in pan on low heat and cook for about 1 hour
4 Drain any oil that has appeared
5 Turn heat on high and fry until crispy
