Breaded Shrimp

6 Shrimps

1 Egg

1/2 Teaspoon Water

4 Tablespoons Flour

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1 Tad Pepper

1 Tad Garlic

1 Smidgen Adobo

1/4 Cup Panko Crumbs

1/4 Cup Oil



Only use shrimp that has been devein and un-shelled, the tail can be left on. If shrimp is frozen place in a bowl of cold water in the sink with the water running lightly running. It will be ready to use in about 15 minutes.

Mix the egg and water in a small bowl and set aside.

Mix together the flour, salt, pepper, garlic and adobo in a small bowl and set aside.

Place panko crumbs in a small bowl and set aside.

Dredge the shrimp in the flour, then egg and lastly the prank crumbs. Make sure they are coated evenly each time.

Fry in oil for about a minute and half on each side.
