Beef Stir Fry



1 Tablespoon of Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Ginger
2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Rice Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon of Sesame Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon of Chinese 5 Spice
1/4 Teaspoon of Black Pepper

Stir Fry:

1 Lb. Flank Steak, Sliced Thin
1 Cup Snow Peas, Slice Long Ways
1/2 Cup of Carrots, Sliced Thin
8 Green Onions, Chopped
1/4 Cup of Beef Broth
2 Tablespoons of Beef Broth
1 Tablespoon of Light Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Rice Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Garlic, Minced
2 Teaspoons of Sesame Oil
1 Teaspoon of Ginger
1 Teaspoon of Cornstarch
1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flake
2 Tablespoons Oil
Ramon Noodles


Combine all marinade ingredients together and let sit overnight, or at least 30 minutes

Cook desired noodle as directed and set aside

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, cook steak and set aside

Heat the other tablespoon of oil and cook the peas, carrots and green onions

Add the broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, cornstarch and red pepper flakes

Once sauce has thicken a bit add in the steak and noodles
