Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
Marinade:
- 1 tablespoon of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced finely
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
Stir Fry:
- 1 lb. flank steak, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup of snow peas, slice long ways
- 1/2 cup of carrots, sliced thin
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup of beef broth
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
- 4 teaspoons of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup of broccoli
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Sesame seeds
- Ramen noodles
Instructions
- 1 Combine all marinade ingredients together with the steak and let sit overnight, or at least 30 minutes.
- 2 Cook noodles as directed on packaging and set aside.
- 3 Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, cook steak and set aside.
- 4 Heat the other tablespoon of oil and cook the peas, carrots in a separate pan. Cook for about 5 mins, so they are tender but still crunchie.
- 5 Add the broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, cornstarch and red pepper flakes, in the same pan as the steak was cooked in.
- 6 Once sauce has thickened add in the steak and noodles and vegetables.
- 7 Serve with green onions and sesame seeds on top.
