Beef Stir Fry


1 tablespoon of garlic
1 tablespoon of ginger
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon of Chinese 5 spice
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
Stir Fry:
1 lb. flank steak, sliced thin
1/2 cup of snow peas, slice long ways
1/2 cup of carrots, sliced thin
8 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup of beef broth
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of light brown sugar
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
4 teaspoons of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flake
1/2 cup of broccoli
2 tablespoons of oil
ramen noodles


1 Combine all marinade ingredients together and let sit overnight, or at least 30 minutes.
2 Cook desired noodle as directed and set aside.
3 Heat 1 tablespoon of oil cook steak and set aside.
4 Heat the other tablespoon of oil and cook the peas, carrots and green onions, in a separate pan. Cook for about 5 mins, so they are tender but still crunchie.
5 Add the broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, cornstarch and red pepper flakes, in the same pan as the steak was cooked in.
6 Once sauce has thickened a bit add in the steak and noodles and vegetables.
